Bollywood Star Tiger Shroff Buys Property in Pune for Rs 7.5 Crore
Mumbai, March 19 (IANS) – Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has recently purchased a property in Pune for a whopping sum of Rs 7.5 crore. The actor has already leased out the property for Rs 3.5 lakh per month, according to documents obtained by Zapkey.
The property, situated in the Hadapsar area of Pune, spans over 4,248 square feet. Tiger acquired the property on March 5 from ASN Properties Private Limited, paying a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh for the transaction, as per the Assignment Deed.
Reports suggest that the actor has rented out the property to a private firm involved in the beverage industry. In addition to his new purchase, Tiger Shroff also owns an 8 BHK apartment in Mumbai’s Khar area, valued at around Rs 35 crore.
