A controversial but beautiful NYPD officer Alisa Bajraktarevic is suing the Police department after nude pictures she sent to her former boyfriend spread on the internet.
The lawsuit instituted against the police department alleged that her career was destroyed after her topless images were shared repeatedly among her colleagues.
Alisa Bajraktarevic, 34, who had joined the department in 2012, was in the news earlier also when she obstructed a drug bust operation in which her former boyfriend, who was also a drug dealer, was involved.

The 34-year-old NYPD officer, who was known for her stunning looks, had sent a topless picture of her to her then-boyfriend, Lt. Mark Rivera, whom she was dating in 2012.
It was the same picture that spread in social circles among her colleagues, said Alisa in the lawsuit, which was filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
Rivera had shared the pictures in a group text with other cops, and it immediately spread.
Alisa Bajraktarevic alleged that at that time, union delegates urged her not to file a complaint.
Alisa Bajraktarevic, 34, joined the department in 2012 and was also indicted for interfering in a drug bust operation, after which she was suspended. It was during her suspension a topless photo she sent to a lieutenant she dated 12 years ago spread “like wildfire.”
The picture resurfaced in April when Bajraktarevic was suspended for interfering with police investigations while she was hanging out with her then-boyfriend, Kelvin Hernandez, 33, in the Bronx. The cops had surrounded her car, and both Hernandez and Bajraktarevic claimed innocence. Hernandez was charged with resisting arrest and has lodged a separate lawsuit against the police department.
Bajraktarevic said that she was a victim of bullying, and once the news of the investigation spread, so did her topless pictures, which were widely shared in NYPD group chats and text message chains along with personal information such as her parents’ address.
Alisa Bajraktarevic said,
“It’s pretty repulsive. For 12 years they decided to keep this on their phone and now it spread like wildfire. It’s bullying. I’m not the first and I’m definitely not the last, but when is it going to be enough?”
Alisa Bajraktarevic came to know about the pictures when a union delegate alerted her that a retired officer sent them to a group chat. Bajraktarevic said after that, she received nearly daily messages from colleagues who saw or heard about it.
