New Lawsuit Accuses Kanye West of Forced Labour, and Unpaid Wages; Bianca Censori of Sending Porn Videos To Minor Employees

Kanye West and Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos have been hit by another lawsuit, this time by former employees. The lawsuit alleges that Kanye and company were engaged in ‘forced labor and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.’

The two are accused of making false promises of high salaries. The employees were forced to work long hours. Worse, the predominantly Black workers were also subjected to racist jabs and called ‘new slaves.’

New Lawsuit Accuses Kanye West of Forced Labour, and Unpaid Wages

The story of worker exploitation began in Spring 2024 when Kanye West decided to launch the YZYVSN streaming service app as an alternative to Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music. Kanye West wanted to avoid paying hefty sums to these music apps to promote his new albums, ‘Vultures’ and ‘Vultures 2.’

Kanye West and Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos hired a global developer group predominantly composed of Black members, which also included underage teens as young as 14. Most of the developers worked remotely but remained in constant communication with Kanye West and Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos through communication apps like Discord, Zoom, and Slack.

Kanye West had promised to pay $120,000 to the developer group after they completed the app. However, the employees were made to adhere to strict work conditions and did not complain. The employees were also forced to sign non-disclosure agreements, threatening to fire the minors and refusing to pay them if they did not, and the minors were forced to declare that they were working as volunteers.

Kanye West and his managers, who were tasked with supervising the foreign and minority workers, allegedly used racist and disparaging language to create a hostile work environment. The managers used objectionable words and slurs regarding the workers’ age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin. The workers were referred to as ‘new slaves.’

The lawsuit alleges that Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos even sent a Black/brown skin emoji to an African American team and referred to a young worker as a school shooter. The lawsuit also alleges that the workers were forced to work late into the night without pay or sleep.

However, the story did not end there. In April, Kanye West announced the launch of an adult film business called ‘Yeezy Porn,’ with his wife Bianca.

Bianca Censori Sent Porn Videos To Minor Employees

Bianca sent a file-sharing link containing hardcore sexual activity, according to the documents, and no measures were taken to shield the younger workers from viewing the smut videos. On May 1, 2024, the team presented Kanye West with one of the finished apps, and Kanye West and Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos never paid the employees for their hard work, leading them to file the lawsuit.

The suit is asking for damages for unpaid wages and overtime pay, as well as emotional distress.
