This has imposed allegations on him that Nick also possesses drugs, and is directly related to the drugs his daughter consumed.
Nick is currently facing charges for child endangerment and gross misdemeanor firearm charges.
His child is currently under the care of social services, and the documents from the legal case are available on the internet for the time being.
Nick Rekieta has released a statement saying that he doesn’t even know why the legal documents are out yet, as they are supposed to be private.
He is currently seeking assistance from his lawyer to get things settled.
