Noida latest updates

The project is based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority and DMRC. On this line, around 6 stations will be made, making the route accessible from Noida International Airport. The route will be spread from 38 km long that will join Knowledge Park 2 with Jewar. DMRC will send the DPR to Yamuna Authority before 31st March in order to make a further decision.

This detailed route is a part of a much larger goal that will link IGI Airport and Noida International Airport. Soon, the IGI metro will start from Delhi Railway Station Metro Hub. Here all the new lines will interconnect.

Originally, the DMRC’s plan shows more stations but only six will be constructed. It will be made on the line between Yamuna Authority and Jewar Airport over the span of 2 years. Additionally, six more stations will be built between New Delhi and Knowledge Park.

The DMRC stated that the latest link under the Government of Uttar Pradesh will offer the last metro connectivity from Noida International Airport in Jewar. Last week, a contract was signed between Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority and DMRC regarding the full preparation of the report on the metro line. A new link will help thousands of commuters who have to travel between Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi. Jewar Airport will be made from 72 km away from New Delhi Airport.
